    Noticed that while COT is off inhibits for COT00 and COT01 were still green even though crates
are included in this run.  All other COT crates show red inhibits.  Does this have to do with the
inner superlayer state we've been in?  We have run recently with all COT on.  Is this a state we
need to change when all COT is turned on?

    Run coodinator elog: Luminosity was lower than expected on this shot because the Main Injector 5MHz coalescing cavities, which are used for pbars, did not work properly. This resulted in coalescing efficiency being very poor

These plots illustrate that the insertion of these three splitters have not perturbed the occupancies or mismatch rates: no hot channels.

    Spike structure of the proton losses, fast time plot.

    -- Thu Mar 4 10:19:20 comment by...rainer --  have occasional TEVMon error correlated with spikes. called MCR to discuss the time structure of the proton losses, they look into it and call us back. Right now they would not be aware of anything going on in the machine.

    The proton losses are at the 20 kHz threshold, this would be good still good to go, but the spike frequency have seem to increase a bit. we are taking data with COT and no silicon, so we wait a bit with silicon integration and observe the further development. silicon experts are present.
