FROM the MCR e-log: 
6:31:46-  The proton intensity is low out of booster at 8 turns. We tried loading with 5 bunch loads
and more turns but the transverse emittances 

are high due to higher turns. We dumped the protons and are checking chroms again as has taken
longer to load.  - SJC

L3 problem.  

L3_RELAY_FAILURE_ERROR. The following Level3 converter nodes are marked bad for now: b0l3c07. 

Cleaned up L3 to try recuperating the bad converter node. 

L3 proxy starting for 30 minutes. Doesn't seem to be doing progress. 

Expert paged. He is working from remote location to try to clean L3 again.

-- Tue Mar 2 08:22:26 comment by...Nuno, Guillelmo -- Converter node c07 was refusing connections; it will need to be rebooted from console. l3proxy was not updating database information as per instrunction of RC, and keep trying to include c07. This node needed to be removed manually from database. After this l3proxy did start. Some leftover problems with communication with EVB from possible previous abort action, required evb cleanup. The system should be working, with subfarm c07 disabled for a short moment untill we repair it.

Tue Mar 2 07:59:59 Shift Summary:

Shift started while Tevatron study were in progress. 
After completion of Level 3 work, we tested   
JET_ST3_DECOUPLED and run L2_Torture. 
Tevatron study and Store #3263 ended at 2:20 am. 

- Calibration and cosmics taken during quiet time. 

- Shot setup was on hold for 2 hours due to TRF5 problems  
  (water heaters).  

- Shot setup for store# 3266 started around 5 am with a pbar stack of 182 mA. Proton were started to
be injected at 6:15 but, due to a low proton intensity out of booster, they dumped the beam and
started again. 


  At 7:15 we had a total current of P = 9900 E9, Pbar= 870E9. 
  Soon after the Tevatron quenched  at C1 during acceleration. 

- L3_RELAY_FAILURE ..problems under investigation. 

- Post-quench checkout OK.
