taking over store 3254 at L=23E30. Plan is to take data.

TRIP in SE BMU channel 72: 

We have tried twice the cicle on->standby->on, on->standby->off->standby->on and
the trip did not clear off. 

At the end, we repeated the cicle on->standby->on for the whole 
BMU detector and finally we recover from the trip.

Masked off Trip:MUO1 and IFIX:MU HV.  all channels ok except channel 72 in BMU.  I will halt
the run if anything else changes.  Just to clarify:  This data will be ok except for BMU Channel 72
data.  I will halt the run if anything else changes.

Following monitors were swithed from 5.3.1pre1d to 5.3.1pre4a:

between runs 179286 and 179287, before any human intervention...

Tue Feb 24 12:14:56 BMU HV trip comments: This HV channel recently(12hr) was swapped upstairs at the CAEN power supply. We are not certain this problem is in the collision hall. For now the HV on sector 72 is off (which clears the inhibit according to Phil S). It is possible that returning the HV cabling to the previous configuration may help.  - Dan C & Phi S

SVXRAD0 incerases from 510 to 700 RADS, the threshold during
stores is 1000 RADS (WARNING)

Sorry, a lapsus, the threshold during stores is 3000 RADS
