Start of Shift Notes:  taking over store 3253 at L=16.8E30. Plan is that this store will be dumped some time duting
our shift and until then we just take data.

There were now several runs taken with trigger table PHYSICS_2_02[2,424,431] which has the L2 muon
triggers in tagging mode (total lumi about 4 pb^-1). For anybody who wants to look at the data:
- long runs with this trigger table were 179286, 179275, 179238
- some shorter runs: 179277, 179256, 179260
- the bits that need testing are called L2_TEST* and are 92-103
- for all those runs the silicon was off, all COT SL's on and SL2 for the XFT masked on

-- Mon Feb 23 14:46:54 comment by...Vadim -- Most of the monitors should by now have picked up the new references and it should improve the picture.
The Tau Phi plot linear function fit checking will be replaced in the future with more useful check to a reffile plot. For now disregard it when it turns red at high statistics.

Lost a bunch of protons in the last five minutes. rate went to 30 kHz. Quick Spike and now
gone. RF peak sum has no drop so not sure what that was.

MCR's plan is to keep this store until 4pm. They intend to do some studies before but could not give me details yet. They will let us know later which studies they will do and whether they are dangerous for us. - Beate

Store Feb 16-18: Ran With Silicon and w/out COT for some of the time.
Store Feb 18-20: Without Silicon. COT I think is fully on (all layers)
Store Feb 20-22: same as above, COT fully on.
Store Feb 22-current: same as above, COT fully on.

The crate b0fcal00 had problems: Error reading VRB in slot 10 for
event 907551. It was RED in VXWORKS monitor.
Automatic HRR was delivered by run control, but could
not recover from halted, so I reset and shepeherd the crate,
then recover and run.

Shift Summary: Summary:
========
- took data at end of store 3252: MCR did studies between 11 and 11.30am and
then again after 3pm. We were off both times which explains the apparently
poor efficiency. Store will be dumped at 4pm.
- could not get stage0 results for run 179286 (see above)
- there are quite a few ObjectMon plots which are "red". We don't think
they indicate any actual problem: probably just due to the unusual
configuration (Silicon off). Either the thresholds for making them
red should be changed or the reference should be changed.
- Tony V. worked on installing new CSL executable without memory leak
but has not yet succeeded
ongoing work:
=============
- Carla P. and Vadim R. are working on fixing the bit which is stuck in L1 calorimeter trigger:
crate b0l1cl03
- Steve N. has the UDPS table and will test it
