COT HV for SL1 and SL2 set to zero. HV for SL3 and 5 lowered
to 96%. SL4 still at 100% for XFT Tests.
Note that the left bar in the HV bar graph display will not come
up now since two SL are set to zero. Trigger inhibits for SL1,2
have been disconnected so it should work correctly.

a problem w/ slow controls software. Paged Steve Hahn. He's
here working on it.

Doug called me in for problems rebooting PISABOX. Nikolay
showed me that the program which reads out PMT HVs (C:\pbhvout\pb_hv6.exe) would not start. It would report some
error about LSR_ONOFF tags on VNODE1 and VNODE2, and then exit.
I called Irina in, and then she found the configuration files
(C:\pbhvconf\*) were not there. We found them in pbhvout; maybe
Nikolay accidentally dragged the first folder into the second?
However, we still were getting these same errors after putting
the configuration folder in the correct place. Irina found that
reading out LSR and WHA could be done individually (with "pb_hv6
read wha", for example), but CEM and CHA failed. After
resetting the SY127 CAMAC controller front panels, these worked
also. Finally, the normal readout ("pb_hv6 auto_read") started
up normally.
Still not clear why the complaint is about LSR_ONOFF tags on
VNODE1 and VNODE2. I checked the iFIX databases on PISABOX,
VNODE1, and VNODE2, and this tag appears on none of them.
A clearer error message would have made this go much faster.
Will ask J.C. Yun when I get a chance.

MCR calls. They had trouble w/ a sequencer, which delayed things
a bit. Resolved, so starting shot setup. Expect to begin
loading of final protons in about an hour.

 | Prompted by the unexpected erasure of the ADMEM
in one of the CCAL_00 crate and heap corruptions
errors in b0pcal02, we put a memory usage monitor
on crate b0pcal02 for a five day period. No evidence
for a memory leak, per se, but there is some strange
behaviour when the memory usage drops suddently at the
beginning of a SMXQIE calibration (and to a lesser degree,
the QIE ADMEM calibration). See the
Plug e-log
here

Heartbeat box turnd PINK for CEM, CHA, WHA. This seems to mean "Local PC unaccessible". We also had alarms for a moment, but they cleared itself. This is most likely related to problems that PISABOX had earlier today. - natasha
Fri Feb 13 23:08:40
The problem w/ CEM, CHA and WHA cleared itself after some minutes. The expert was called and asked that we have patience with it -- it could take up to 10 minutes for the problem to go away spontaneously. - natasha

During the shift some of the boxes on the "Component Status" of the CDF DAQ Monitor keep changing from green to red and back every several seconds. The VxWorks monitor window stays green and everything else looks ok. This "Christmas Tree Lights"-like behaviour is strange. - Vadim

- S.H. Chang
-- Fri Feb 13 23:34:13 comment by...Cheng-Ju -- Actually the top left graph is not empty (~27000 entries per
bin) . That plot diplays the XFT segment occupancy as a function
of phi for SL2. Since we masked on all the SL2 wires in the XFT
(over 2000 wires), the segment occupancy for SL2 is uniform and
very high.
